I love being patriotic, but I’ve never had the courage to wear my red and white flag on my hat. I’ve never had the courage to show up at my friends birthday dinner with my best man, my mom, and our entire town.

I thought I was too cool to put my flag on my head, but it turns out that I am just as patriotic as ever. I’m not sure what that has to do with football, but I’m willing to say that I’m willing to put my flag on my head and proudly wear it. Not that I care what the flag says about me.

I guess that’s why I’m always so proud to wear my favorite NFL teams’ logo and the American flag on my hat. I don’t get it though. I just don’t get it. That’s what makes me so patriotic.

The American flag is very much an American thing. Americans are proud of their flags and they are proud to wear them. To me, the only part of that that’s not American is the fact everyone will stand with their face to the ground when the national anthem is played. If that makes me a traitor to my country, then fine.

I think it’s best to understand the patriotism of the Americans who wear the uniform first. They are probably the ones who understand the true meaning of the flag, which is to show our country’s strength and commitment to freedom. If that makes me a traitor, well then, I guess Im not the patriot I thought I was. But then, I was just a kid with no idea about what patriotism is or means.
