1. Coconut water

It’s hard to believe that coconut water is only a recent phenomenon. It has been used in other cultures for centuries and is now being touted as the world’s most popular sports drink. Coconut water contains all of the electrolytes that are lost through sweat, but it lacks sugar or artificial ingredients which makes it a healthy alternative to traditional sports drinks. The coconut is a popular fruit, but did you know that the water inside of it has some amazing health benefits? Coconut water can help hydrate your body and give you energy when you’re feeling tired. It’s also high in potassium which helps balance your electrolytes and replenish nutrients after exercise.

2. Dark chocolate

The cacao tree thrives in humid tropical climates, and the beans are harvested at the time they ripen. The pods that contain them are cut open to reveal beans which have a creamy texture inside of their thick shells. These beans, once dried or fermented, can be processed into chocolate by being roasted, ground up and mixed with other ingredients like milk solids and sugar. Dark chocolate is made with more cocoa liquor than white chocolate because it has less milk solids and sugar than its lighter counterpart. There are many varieties of dark chocolates out there; some may not even seem like pure chocolate because they’re combined with spices or nuts but all of these variations have one thing in common-they taste delicious!

3. Avocado

The color of your leafy greens is a good indicator of their nutrient content. Greens that are dark green, like spinach and kale, will have more vitamins than lighter greens like iceberg lettuce and romaine. If you want to make sure you’re eating the most nutritious vegetables possible then it’s important to include both light and dark colored greens in your diet. One way to do this is by adding spinach or kale as well as romaine or iceberg lettuce into your salads.
