Yes! Will there be a season 2 of northern rescue, and I would love to see it. It will probably start filming in a few days and I am looking forward to it. I am beyond excited for the new season, because I want to see all the new characters and learn more about all the new settings I will be facing.
I’m looking forward to that too. I just hope it doesn’t take too long to get to season 2. I’ll be watching with a lot of glee.

Season 2 is set to be a bit off-season, and that’s a good thing because that means we’ll get to learn more about the new settings. Well, I think it may be a little longer than we thought, but not necessarily because of the season 2.
Season 2 is about half a year, I think, so I wouldn’t actually be able to talk too much about it just yet. But, I wanted to mention that this is the season where Season 1 was set. We were all still playing as the same characters, but now we would be getting to experience new locations and meet new characters and meet new people.
Season 2 is coming right up, but it feels like it’s going to be a little longer than that. Although the story has been in the works for a while, it was originally going to be about eight years of events coming together. Season 2 is going to be about almost half a year and a half later than that. I think the time gap between seasons is due to the fact that Season 1 took place on an island, while Season 2 is set on a space station.
The idea of an expansion or sequel for Season 1 is awesome! I look forward to it. But the biggest reason I’m excited is the news of two new characters joining the team. My favorite character to meet is Luka, the party-loving party-goer who happens to be the head of security and the leader of the Visionaries. I think he’ll be a nice addition to Season 2.

I don’t think this is a good move for Northern Rescue, but I think it’ll add some interesting gameplay mechanics. For the most part, the party is the same as ever (three on foot, three in vehicles) so I don’t think it’s a big deal. The main distinction is that the party is being tracked by the Visionaries. They’ll be making it easy for people to track the party, but for most of Season 2 we won’t be able to fight them directly.
