I’m a huge fan of the book, “A Year in Provence: Recipes, Ideas, and Travel in France” by Alexandra Rachael Rabe. Her recipes are always so delicious and the book is full of wonderful photos. A Year in Provence is a really beautiful book that celebrates the beauty of France.
The book also offers a recipe for how to make a really nice pâté, an idea that I’ve thought about for a few years now and never quite got around to making. Well, it’s never been a problem because you can make a really nice pâté in a crock pot, but it’s just such a good idea for the book that I wanted to make it. I’ll post the recipe soon.
I think this is probably the closest Ive gotten to a real recipe, although it was a while ago. But I love the idea of making a nice pté, so Ill give it a go.
The French cookbook I found for this was a compilation of recipes which were mostly just suggestions for how to cook things, not actual recipes. Well, its also a compilation of recipes that were suggestions for how to cook things, but Ive been thinking about it for a while now and figured I should do this recipe thing. The only part I didnt like was the part where the cook talks about things like making the recipe, but not having a recipe.
I just got home from a dinner party & the hostess at the party said I had the best garlic bread on the planet. If you think the garlic bread is the best thing on the planet, then I highly recommend making it.
This is a recipe for garlic bread, but it’s not from the book. I was just doing a quick and dirty experiment to see if I could make garlic bread in a non-stick pan.
As you can see from the photos, you can simply put your butter (or oil) in the pan and just let it melt. But since we’re on a bread-related subject, I thought I’d mention how easy it is to cook your own garlic bread.
I think that most people are missing the point here. I know many people that make bread and think that is the best thing on the planet. I’m not saying they are wrong, I’m just saying that they are missing the point of making bread. Yes, it’s good, but it’s not the best thing on the planet. If you want to eat really good bread, go to a bakery.
The whole point of making bread is to transform it from a lifeless dough into a vibrant and enjoyable meal. You can do the same thing with garlic bread, which is, as I mentioned, easy to make and the best thing you can put on your plate.
You can put the same amount of garlic in a slice of bread and then you have a giant, delicious, crunchy, and buttery spread on your plate. There is a whole world of deliciousness out there if you just get creative and try new things. I think the same goes for garlic bread. You can eat a ton of garlic bread and then put in some butter and cheese and your meal will be amazing. You could also add some fresh veggies.
