Flash is a small indie tech company based in San Francisco and has recently been acquired by EA, but that doesn’t mean the company has stopped making games. In fact, its latest game, caitlin, is the first game to be developed completely by a third party. The project was founded by two of flash’s old artists, Brandon Thomas and Mike Catherwood.
Flash may be a small company, but it has an enormous amount of talent. Its development studio, Creative Artists Inc. is staffed with some of the best developers in the industry, including former members of id Software, EA, and id Software. The studio has also hosted events like DreamHack and TechCrunch Disrupt, and has produced the last two EA Sports games, Madden and FIFA. Flash is also responsible for the design and development of the first two Mortal Kombat games.
Flash was founded in 1989 by Thomas and Mike Catherwood, two young developers from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Flash has since grown into a major entertainment company, producing video games, movies, and other entertainment products, including a wide variety of animated series.
Flash has a strong heritage in the gaming industry, and its strong design and graphics influence the graphics in popular video games. It’s also been a major producer of animated and live-action TV shows.
Flash’s not just an animation company, it’s a video game publisher as well.
