That’s a pretty strong reminder that I need to get to work on the next batch of these reviews. I’m going to say that I don’t think it was “the delay for the Wii” that was too bad because I think the Wii U was an utter disaster.

It’s a shame that the Wii U is the one console that has seen its release date change several times in the past year, but you can’t really blame the devs. After all, the Wii U release date was moved around because Nintendo needed to fix bugs first and foremost before releasing in the summer to avoid the dreaded repeat of the same date. The Wii U is still months away, so it will be nice for the developers to have a better grip on it.
I actually think this is just the way of it. Everyone has opinions on each consoles release date, and for the Nintendo Switch to still be a year away when it is released, just demonstrates the issue. What are people going to do? Wait for their console to be released and then complain when it doesn’t arrive? I’m sure the devs are just as eager to release the game to the public as the rest of us are.
